Savanna Hartman should be added to the list of the 2019 Ladies of excellence, who has chosen poetry to remorsefully convey the history of her forefather’s contribution to the subjugation and enslavement in America and the Caribbean of our forefathers who they stole from Africa. Inherent in their subjugation and enslavement of our people was the consistent torture, rape, murder, oppression, and deprivation of the basic necessities of life, to our forefathers and mothers, chained up like cattle in the hole of ships, deprived of food, water, and reasonable sanitation, which has caused the death of over fifty millions of our people through suffocation, starvation, malaria and other associated illness due to the lack and deprivation of medical treatment, and humane assistance.
FINAL DESTINATION,
This was not sufficient, because those of our forefathers and mothers who survive the horrible inhumane journey were divided up. Fathers separated from their sons, wives, and daughters, brothers and sisters dragged apart, families separated, maybe never to see each other again, and sold off like cattle to the white respective slave owners.
Since most of these slaves were Muslims with names of Islamic excellence such as Abdullah, Mohammed, Ismaiel, Fatima, Khadijah, they were forced to change their Muslim names and take on the names of their slave masters and mistresses, to names such as like Smith, because the master was a blacksmith, George, and Christopher, the women became Mavis and Catherine, and Dazie and Beryl, all ridiculous names which have no significant meanings, they were also forbidden to practice the religion of Islam, or speak their own language, they were forced to consume forbidden food and drink, forced to working long hours by day and night, beaten, raping of the women slaves, and the list of atrocities and barbarism goes on.
The history of slavery is known and cannot be denied except for the those who are responsible to pay compensation to us, the offsprings of our forefathers who they enslaved. What the slave masters did not stop to consider was the fact that Allah also has a plan for us, because they do not believe in the Book that they claim to follow. (The Bible) which states that one day a generation from among our forefathers shall be risen up and revert to the religion of our forefathers, and I, writing this draft is a proof of that Prophesy For Al Hamdo Lillah hundreds of thousands of them off in the Americas and the Caribbean who are the offsprings of our enslaved forefathers have been brought back to Islam which was the religion of our forefathers.
At this point, I will take a break and allow this wonderful truthful Lady to present what I can only describe as taking responsibility for on e’s action and accepting the truth, and she deserves to be Congratulated for her bravery, honesty, and truthfulness. I hope her message which resonates her true feelings will be received and accepted by the so-called White Supremacy Cults, and my message to them is a quote from the Holy Quran in which the all mighty God Allah the Creator of all that exists say;
